The design area at NTD uses SolidWorkS CAD for product and tool design, Moldflow part advisor CAE for part analysis and CAMWorks CAM for tool manufacture.

The toolroom is equipped with 3 axis CNC, EDM and conventional toolroom equipment.

Injection moulding machines operate up to 24 hours a day processing a wide range of thermoplastic materials in the 50 to 250 tonne machine range.

 

 

Metal pressing up to 60 tonne capacity is also undertaken on site.

NTD operates a quality assurance system and work to ensure that your product will be fit for use as laid down in the specification that is generated with your assistance.
