    Before we ever cut steel, we put your design through a virtual stress test using advanced Moldflow simulation software. This lets us see how your chosen plastic will behave during the moulding process—identifying flow issues, testing multiple materials and fine-tuning geometry long before tool production begins.

    Our production floor houses a range of modern injection moulding machines, with clamping forces from 50 to 380 tonnes and shot sizes from just a few grams to 1.5 kilograms.
