NTD has been designing and manufacturing the C-Tug Kayak cart since 2005. This product has become the worldwide leading product in its segment for robustness, durability, performance and ease of assembly/disassembly without the need for tools.

When the range was being extended to facilitate variations in kayak hull shape, NTD aided in the process of creating a rail that could achieve this goal by being attached to the original product. Our design team managed the whole process from concept through to prototyping, tool design and build, testing and trials, and into full production. This project has been a huge success.
